Shipping Policy
Schiro's School Uniforms ships all standard packages USPS PriorityMail for a fee based on the dollar amounts listed below before tax:
$0.00 - $100.00 = $12.50
$100.01 - $150.00 = $16.00
$150.01 - $200.00 = $18.00
$200.01 - $250.00 = $21.00
$250.01 or more = $25.00
If you prefer to pick up your order at any of our Retail Locations to avoid a shipping fee please select this option at time of purchase.
Please allow 5-7 Business Days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will be contacted shortly after your order is placed as to the status of your items and an estimated shipping date, if available.You will be contacted via phone and/or email if there are any questions regarding your order. Please allow extra time for special orders and certain embroidered merchandise.
If you request to have your order picked up at our store, you will be contacted via email and/or phone when your order is ready for pick up.
Due to increased traffic in the store and online, orders placed the last week of July and thru the month of August may take longer to fill. Please wait for email confirmation of order completion before coming to the store for pick up.

Returns Policy
Unworn, unwashed, unaltered garments with the manufacturer's label/tag may be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase for a full refund (minus any shipping charges) or exchanged within 90 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Worn, washed, or altered merchandise can not be returned.
Returns made after the 10 day policy that are accompanied by the manufacturers label/tag will be issued a store credit.
Personal Monogrammed Items or Special Orders must be paid in full - no refunds are available for these items.
Return Shipping Charges are the customer's responsibility but can be avoided by returning or exchanging your item at our Metairie location.
Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once placed, your order for this item cannot be cancelled unless we do not have the item in stock anymore. Quantities are limited. The same price is also available when you shop at our store.
